CZK 26,000 fixed salary.
The qualitative part of the bonus amounts to 15% (3,900,-) of your marker and it is mainly about flawless processing of customer requests.
The sales part of the bonus is for concluded contracts - our salespeople take home an average of 5,000 per month.
CZK 2,320 meal allowance, CZK 116 for each day worked.
CZK 2,250 in benefit points, CZK 27,000 per year (can be used for holidays, multisport or education).
Bottom line – CZK 39,470.
4 weeks of fully paid training, which takes place in Prague/Ostrava and partly online via Teams.
Reduced working hours of 7.5 hours a day, depending on the opening hours of the branch (Monday, Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.).
This is a substitute for MD/RD.
