• Responsibility for the smooth running of the store, precise appearance and, above all, a pleasant atmosphere in the store.
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the sales plan.
• Recruitment of employees to the team in the store.
• Managing the team so that it is motivated and works effectively.
• Regional managers who will not stand behind your back, but will always advise and direct.
• HR colleagues who will pick up the phone at any time and advise you, but also help you with recruitment.
• A company and leaders who like to hear new ideas and give space for their implementation.

What you can't miss:
