What will be your daily "GRÓ":

• Responsibility for the smooth running of the store, precise appearance and, above all, a pleasant atmosphere in the store.
• Ensuring that the sales plan is met.
• Recruiting employees to the in-store team.
• Managing a team to keep them motivated and work effectively.
• Regional managers who will not stand behind your back, but will always advise and direct.
• HR colleagues who will pick up the phone at any time and give you advice, but also help you with recruitment.
• A company and managers who like to hear new ideas and give space to implement them.

What you can't do without:

• Passion and interest in fashion.
• Creative nature, pleasant demeanor and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and responsibility for your work.
• A positive outlook on change and time flexibility.
• Experience from a similar position, ideally at least 1 year.
• Proficiency in working on a PC.
• Impunity, i.e. a clean criminal record.
