Ecologist,Environmental Officer

What will be your job?
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring and coordinating environmental protection activities within the innogy Group companies in the Czech Republic. Your main tasks will include:
Ensuring compliance with environmental legislative obligations in the areas entrusted to it.
Implementation and fulfillment of tasks within the environmental management system.
Environmental project management and training .
Self-supervision of entrusted areas and provision of high-quality services in environmental protection.
Keeping legal and internal records in individual components of the environment (e.g. air, waste, water, chemicals, prevention of major accidents, ADR, environmental damage).
Processing of annual reports and other reports.
Conducting internal audits and checks on compliance with internal environmental regulations. Keeping a register of legislation relating to the environment and related areas.
Analysis of problems and proposal of measures to solve them, including providing recommendations for process optimization.

Requirements
π A degree in environmental science.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of the environment (e.g. as a corporate ecologist, etc.).
π Detailed knowledge of legislation related to environmental protection.
π» Advanced knowledge of working with PCs and MS Office.
π Active driving license group B.
π£οΈ Very good knowledge of English β spoken and written β ideally B2.
Sense of teamwork.
