You will receive calls from innogy customers who would like to resolve the transcription of the supply point or the address of the electricity or gas consumption
However, your work does not end with the transcription! You will move smoothly to the sales section, where you will sell other products tailored to the customer's needs
You will go to work from Monday to Friday in two shifts, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A salary consisting of 3 parts: a fixed salary of CZK 25,100 to CZK 26,200, a variable salary of 15% of the fixed amount based on performance and a commission on sales

Requirements
Communicativeness and ability to deal with customers
Responsibility and diligence
Knowledge of computer and MS Office (SAP, CRM is an advantage)
Experience with administration or data transcription is an advantage
