We are looking for a responsible and experienced buyer who will be in charge of the comprehensive management of purchasing processes within our organization. Your main job will be to comprehensively provide subcontractors and materials according to the order schedule, set up key purchasing processes with the aim of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. You will also be responsible for tendering management, supplier evaluation and negotiation of framework contracts. Your role will also be to optimize cost inputs and prepare a financial and itemized budget. As part of your role, you will work closely with the Design and Construction Management department.
