We would like to welcome an experienced colleague to our IT application team, focused on CRM, digital customer experience (web & mobile), contact center technology and system integration. Description of (co)work:
- Leading complex projects to deliver new solutions for our internal customers. From project preparation, planning, analysis, design of technical solutions, through development and testing management by internal and external teams, to handover into operation.
- Communication with IT and business stakeholders, suppliers and other partners will be an integral part of everyday work. Of course, the management and motivation of a project team consisting of architects, analysts, developers and testers is a matter of course.
- Project cost management. From the preparation of the initial budget (TCO), through cooperation with business departments on the creation of a business case and obtaining financing, to the continuous monitoring of budgets.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies and tools for project and development management.
- If you are able to contribute technical or analytical skills in specific project phases in addition to the skills and experience of a project manager, we see it as a positive and it is a great added value for us.

Requirements
What do we think will be good to know and know?
- Hands-on experience in managing IT projects is essential. In addition, we expect technical knowledge or real experience, for example, with projects in the field of CRM system implementation, web or mobile development in an organizationally and system-complex environment. Background from roles such as architect, consultant or developer is a great advantage. A big plus is the experience in the implementation of larger IT projects in the utility industry.
- The practical and effective use of project approaches, standards and practices (e.g. Prince2, PMI) will give you a certain degree of confidence in your chosen project setting. We also welcome knowledge and experience with the use of agile techniques in the organization of application development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Effective communication, ability to explain even complex topics in a comprehensible way. Excellent analytical skills, orientation in priorities, or the ability to understand the motivations and different perspectives of the stakeholders are extremely important.
- Orientation in purchasing and financial processes within the whole project (e.g. organization of tenders, negotiation with suppliers, overall financial literacy, TCO principles).
- Knowledge and practical ability to use support tools (e.g. MS Project, Planner, MS Teams, JIRA, Azure DevOps...) can help with effective project management.
- Language skills: Czech at the level of a native speaker, fluent English.
