What we will teach you - AI/NLP/GenAI Specialist:

Development and application of AI tools that support language creation and understanding (NLP) or work with language models (LLM).
Advanced knowledge of Python, MS Azure/AWS, Databricks, and other cloud technologies.
You will get to know the environment and processes within our company, you will participate in the work on projects in individual departments.

What will we teach you - Information Security Specialist:?

Analyze and participate in the resolution of security measures, including incidents.
Provide consultations in the field of information security.
Cooperate with other departments of the Bank on the creation of internal processes, products, norms and standards relevant to information security.
You will get to know the environment and processes within our company, you will participate in the work on projects in individual departments.

What we will teach you - Process Optimization Developer:

Develop and optimize an internal application to control the calculation of risk-weighted assets
Participate in other development, management and optimization projects that you adapt to your preferences and your ideas for improvement – for example, reporting and related reporting applications of our team, stress testing of the banking portfolio, and many other interesting topics.
If you are interested, you can also participate with us in the process of calculating risk-weighted assets, provisions, risk costs, or in the creation of a risky bank budget and forecast.

What we will teach you - IT:

You will develop your knowledge in programming and learn how to write sustainable code.
You will improve your agile methods and you will be able to learn on the bank's key projects.
You will get to know the environment and processes inside our company.

Part-time

Permanent employment

A one-year program where you'll work alongside our experts in one of our teams: CEO, Risk, Operations and IT. You can get into everything.
Practice in different parts of the digital bank. You will leave your team for two months and move to another department. This will give you an overview and you will be able to better decide what you really enjoy and where you want to take your career.
Rotation across the bank. Each Trainee visits the branch, the client centre and the back office. It is important to perceive not only the work at the headquarters, but also the real business.
Tailor-made education. Throughout the year, there will be workshops and trainings focused on design thinking, digital skills, macroeconomic forecasting with our Chief Economist Helena Horská and many others.
Flexible collaboration. You will receive a full-time employment contract with the scope of the agreement (20-32 hours/week). The program starts on 1.9.2024.

The last step will be to spend one day at our headquarters. You will meet other Trainees, complete a series of individual and group tasks and try out several practical tasks that will be part of your work.
After each stage of the selection process, we will give you individual feedback, including recommendations for your further development.

What you can't do without - AI/NLP/GenAI Specialist:

You're studying at a university. The trainee program is designed for university students who want to build a career and devote at least 20 hours a week to it.
You have analytical and logical thinking. You simply enjoy working with dates and numbers.
And if you have a basic knowledge of SQL or programming (Python, MS Azure/AWS), you get a slight head start. If not, you will also impress us with your desire to acquire this know-how.
Good levels of English (C1) and Czech (C1) due to the construction of expert prompts for language models.

What you can't do without - Information Security Specialist:

You're studying at a university. The trainee program is designed for university students who want to build a career and devote at least 20 hours a week to it.
You have analytical and logical thinking. You simply enjoy working with dates and numbers.
And if you have experience with networks, infrastructure, JIRA and Archer, scripting languages or working with data (SQL, Oracle, etc.), you get a slight head start. If not, you will also impress us with your desire to acquire this know-how.
Thoroughness, responsibility, and conscientiousness describe you.
You speak English and are not afraid to actively use it when communicating across the bank and with colleagues from Vienna.

What you can't do without - Process Optimization Developer:

You're studying at a university. The trainee program is designed for university students who want to build a career and devote at least 20 hours a week to it.
You have analytical and logical thinking. You simply enjoy working with dates and numbers.
If you have a basic understanding of programming, experience with Python and/or SQL, you get a slight head start. If not, you will also impress us with your desire to acquire this know-how.
You speak English and are not afraid to actively use it when communicating across the bank and with colleagues from Vienna.

What you can't do without - IT:

You're studying at a university. The trainee program is designed for university students who want to build a career and devote at least 20 hours a week to it.
You have analytical and logical thinking. You simply enjoy working with dates and numbers.
Well, if you have knowledge of Java, Spring, Camunda, Hibernate and front-end technologies (React) and the ability to develop Java microservices (IMS) or experience with Git, you get a slight head start. If not, you will also impress us with your desire to acquire this know-how.
Good levels of English due to code construction and communication with our headquarters in Vienna.
