Manage the entire process of preparing, setting up and executing campaigns for assigned areas in modern campaign management tools
Search for the right combination of communication channels (emails, letters, call center, banners, push notifications, SMS messages, messages to internet banking)
Manage a portfolio of entrusted running campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and respond to campaign results
Participate in development projects across the bank

What we will teach you - Sales Support:

Preparation of client reports related to the issue of tax residencies.
Elaboration of regular inspections carried out by bankers.
Evaluation of these checks from the point of view of data quality.
Regular monitoring of compliance with the process and procedure for onboarding new clients to the bank.
Cooperation with colleagues from the Sales Support department.

What we will teach you - SEMM Business Development:

Participate in the activities of the team responsible for the management of the Corporate Sales network.
To provide sufficient information and data support for the quality functioning of corporate centres of the Corporate Sales network.
Participate in and, if necessary, lead development activities related to the SE and MM corporate segments.

What we will teach you - Corporate Landing:

Collaborate with product managers to manage and improve the bank's processes and products.
Support in the preparation of reports for process meetings and regular reports for the sales network.
Creation of support materials for bankers and clients.

Permanent employment

A one-year program where you'll work alongside our experts in one of our teams: CEO, Risk, Operations and IT. You can get into everything.
Practice in different parts of the digital bank. You will leave your team for two months and move to another department. This will give you an overview and you will be able to better decide what you really enjoy and where you want to take your career.
Rotation across the bank. Each Trainee visits the branch, the client centre and the back office. It is important to perceive not only the work at the headquarters, but also the real business.
Tailor-made education. Throughout the year, there will be workshops and trainings focused on design thinking, digital skills, macroeconomic forecasting with our Chief Economist Helena Horská and many others.
Flexible collaboration. You will receive a full-time employment contract with the scope of the agreement (20-32 hours/week). The program starts on 1.9.2024.

Whether you are a geek or a client-oriented person, you know basic computer programs – we use O365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, ...)
You like to solve tasks that require analytical as well as client feelings.
CEX is more of a motto than an acronym for you. You can easily stand up to multiple tasks, and on the other hand, if there are few of them, you are proactive and do not wait for assignments

What you can't do without - CRM Analyst:

You're studying at a university. The trainee program is designed for university students who want to build a career and devote at least 20 hours a week to it.
You have analytical and logical thinking. You simply enjoy working with dates and numbers.
If you have a basic understanding of programming, experience with SQL, you get a slight head start. If not, you will also impress us with your desire to acquire this know-how.
Thoroughness, responsibility, and conscientiousness describe you.
You speak English and are not afraid to actively use it when communicating across the bank and with colleagues from Vienna.
