Call Center Worker

What will you do with us?
Handle phone calls from our customers and help them deal with their everyday joys and worries with energy
When handling requests, look for business opportunities and actively offer our products
respond to written requests from CEZ Group customers
Communicate with customers naturally and without binding rules
work on a PC with SAP and solve requirements in the field of invoicing, contracts, receivables and more
If you work on yourself, we will be happy to involve you in the development of newcomers and in interesting projects within a modern company
You will work only 7.5 hour shifts between 6:30 and 20:30, which you will always find out one month in advance
After training, occasional home office is also possible for senior colleagues

You've graduated from high school
