🎯 Become our Store Manager. We are looking for an experienced leader for our team at our branch in Prague 4!

Are you not skilled in optics? We don't mind. We have our own induction process and we will be happy to introduce you to everything, each newcomer will spend 120 hours with their mentor. However, we need previous experience in leading a team, ideally in a retail environment.

What awaits you?

👓 Leading a team in the store, where we take care of our customers with a smile and a professional approach

👓 Active sales and customer care – you will help them find the right glasses, contact lenses and other accessories

👓 Shift planning and organization of work in the store – in the stores we work in shifts of 8-10 hours and alternating morning and afternoon shifts, usually 2 working weekends a month for everyone, including the manager

👓 Supervision of the administration associated with the operation of the store

👓 Motivating and supporting the team to achieve great results together
