• Acquisition activities – searching for business opportunities, monitoring the local real estate market, competition and current trends, thanks to which it is possible to respond flexibly to changes in demand and supply 
• Performing an analysis of the client's needs
• Meetings with clients – we take great care of our clients
• Property viewings – guiding a potential buyer through the advertised property is the key to a successful sale 
• Negotiation – active negotiations with buyers and sellers, achieving favorable business conditions 
• Dealing with contracts and financing – our guides see the job through to the end, including providing comprehensive services for the client
