Join us! We are announcing a selection procedure for the position of Indirect Procurement Manager (m/f).

Job description:

• Preparation and implementation of tenders
  • Coordination of selection procedures with subordinates
  • Implementation of the standard tender procedure
  • Responsible for ensuring service delivery and material supply in accordance with time, cost and quality targets
  • Evaluates supplier performance, negotiates with suppliers (terms of cooperation, prices, due dates and delivery)
  • Signs and prepares framework agreements while ensuring legal adequacy and their compliance with procedures (internal customer requirements)
  • Accepts requests for changes in prices and conditions and arranges for discussions with suppliers
  • Initiates actions aimed at selecting new suppliers, checks the progress and result
  • Initiates actions to negotiate prices and conditions with suppliers
  • Reducing or maintaining the current pricing policy for purchased goods and services and related costs
• Leading 2 - 3 category buyers (indirect purchasing)

Your profile - who are we looking for?

• We are primarily looking for an experienced buyer (m/f) who knows how to conduct tenders
  • You have a proven track record
  • You know how to look for savings and more effective solutions
  • You have strong argumentation, communication, negotiation and presentation skills, as well as analytical thinking
• You can lead a small team of 2-3 colleagues and + you can pass on your own know-how

What do we require?

• • Experience in a similar position for at least 3 - 5 years
  • English language at a communicative level
  • Driving licence group B. B
  • MS Office (especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), OneDrive, knowledge of the enterprise ERP system environment, experience with the use of AI technologies is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm for work
