IT Trainee – Data & Business Intelligence Team

We are looking for IT Trainees to join our Data & Business Intelligence team. This opportunity is ideal for university 🏫 graduates or final year 📚 students who want to gain experience, learn how to work with modern technologies and develop their knowledge in the field of data, automation and reporting.

📍 Where will you work?
Prague (hybrid mode of work – office 🏢 and home office 🏠).

By agreement – the sooner, the better!

⏳ What type of employment do we offer?
Full-time (1.0 FTE) or part-time (0.8 FTE) work.

🛠️ What will you do?

During our trainee program, you will gain valuable experience in the following areas:

• 📊 Create reports and work with data: Learn how to develop and optimize reports in Power BI.
• 🤖 Process automation: Manage and monitor robotic process (RPA) operations in Blue Prism.
• 🔄 Collaborate on improvement: You will communicate with colleagues from the virtual RPA team, participate in improving automated processes and organize activities aimed at increasing efficiency.
• 📅 Community activities: You will help develop internal communities focused on iReporting and iAutomate (organizing workshops and trainings).
• 📈 Other areas: You can also get involved in team activities in areas such as Data Governance, Data Analytics or AI.

🧑💻 What should your profile be?

• A university graduate (IT, economics, technical fields is an advantage) 🏫 or a final year 📚 student who manages to work at least 30 hours a week.
• Enthusiast for data, analysis and modern technology 🌐.
• A person with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail 🔍 .
• Communicative, independent and responsible individual 🤝.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python or Blue Prism is an advantage (we will be happy to teach you). 🛠️
• Ability to read technical documentation in English (min. level B1). 📖
