Join us! We are announcing a selection procedure for the position of Quality Management Manager (m/f).

What awaits you in the position of Quality Management Manager?

• Effectively manages human resources (participates in the selection of employees, provides feedback, evaluates, motivates, resolves possible conflicts in the workplace, delegates, controls)
• He/she distributes work to subordinates, sets priorities and manages changes, decides on possible overtime
• Conscientiously manages the department and budget entrusted to him, spreads the good name of the company
• Contributes to continuous improvement
• Complies with internal rules and guidelines, actively familiarizes themselves with them
• Evaluates the quality of products with regard to defined requirements and production economy
• Suggests improvements and/or developments in the area of quality
• Proposes and implements measures based on systematic analyses of nonconformities
• Assesses the consequences of changes in technology
• Provides support for AVA audits (product, process, system)
• Inform all relevant persons about quality improvement procedures

Your profile - who are we looking for?

• If you have experience from a manufacturing company with a focus on engineering/automotive, it would make it easier for you to find your way with us
• You're proactive and like challenges
• You can bring new solutions
• You have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

What do we require?

• Experience in a similar position in quality management for at least 5 years
• English at least at B2 level (communicative) - dealing with the customer
• Driving license group B. B
