What will be your area:

• manage everything so that the production plan is met, the workers have support and everything runs as smoothly as possible;
• monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates, take care of the adaptation of newcomers, propose the necessary additional training;
• cooperate on modernisation and streamlining of production;
• be responsible for the efficient use of resources and the quality of production;
• ensure compliance with safety standards and the use of PPE.

What you should have:

• Secondary school in a technical field;
• experience as a production foreman/manager, ideally a paint shop or chemical plant;
• technical and conceptual thinking;
• the need for continuous improvement, a creative and analytical approach.
