What awaits you?

🚀You will collaborate on the creation and sustainability plan of product strategies for our L-39 Skyfox and L-159 aircraft.
🔍You will collect and analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical product requirements.
🤝You will provide professional support to colleagues from the Sales department in the preparation of business offers.
📊You will coordinate the connection of product strategy with technological development and innovation.
📌You'll ensure management approval of product strategies and oversee their implementation in the Sales and Engineering teams.
🌍You follow trends in the field of avionics and on-board systems of military aircraft and take care of their implementation in our strategies.
💬You will communicate with customers, technical staff and pilots.
🌍Expect occasional business trips in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Who are we looking for? – You, if...

✔ You have experience in product management, development or technical support in the aerospace industry.
✔ You are familiar with avionics systems, simulators or pilot training.
✔ You can transform customer requirements into specific solutions that make sense.
✔ You are communicative, you know how to collaborate across teams and promote product strategy.
✔ You can speak Czech without any problems & your English is good enough to handle international meetings and documents.
