Do you want to become part of a team that participates in important legal decisions and at the same time specializes in export compliance? We are looking for a lawyer to help us ensure that our business activities comply with national and international legislation.

What are you going to do?

📜 Prepare and assess contractual documentation, help with resolving comments from business partners and adjusting contractual relationships.

✍ Create and update contract templates to comply with current legislation and the company's needs.

⚖ Provide legal support primarily in the field of commercial, labour and corporate law.

🔍 Prepare legal analyses and opinions, provide expert advice and recommendations according to internal requirements.

⚖ Represent the company in negotiations before courts and administrative authorities.

🌍 Participate in activities in the field of trade in military equipment, help with the creation and implementation of directives, processes and procedures for internal units according to applicable national and international legislation.

📚 Advising internal teams on all legal aspects related to export, compliance and trade in military equipment.

🎓 Collaborate on training – help with the creation of training curricula and pass on their legal know-how to colleagues.

Who are we looking for? You, if...

🎓 ... You studied law.

🗣 ... You speak Czech fluently and English at least at the B2 level, so you have no problem explaining legal loopholes even without Google Translate. If you can speak another language, you have plus points with us!

📜 ... You have at least a year of legal experience under your belt – We do not require many years of experience, but a certain foundation and knowledge are important to us. If you have been in a manufacturing company, you will feel at home with us, but we can do without it.

💻... You know MS Office – spreadsheets, documents and presentations won't throw you off.

⚡ ... You are meticulous, reliable and have a proactive approach – we are looking for someone who does not just wait for instructions, but who actively comes up with ideas and solutions themselves.
