🎯 Become a manager of our store. We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team at the Aupark shopping center in Bratislava !

Not skilled in optics? We don't mind. We have our own training process and we will be happy to introduce you to everything, each newcomer will spend 120 hours with his mentor. However, we need previous experience in leading a team, ideally in a retail environment, a willingness to learn something new and the ability to motivate the team to perform at its best.

What awaits you?

👓 Team management in the store, where we take care of our customers with a smile and a professional approach

👓 Proactive sales and customer care - helping them find the right glasses, contact lenses and other accessories

👓 Shift planning and organization of work in the store - we work in 8-10 hour shifts in the store, alternating morning and afternoon shifts, usually 2 weekends a month for everyone, including the manager

👓 Supervision of administration related to the operation of the store

👓 Motivating and supporting the team to achieve great results together
