Become part of the team that manages and develops key technology platforms for communication with our customers. Your role will include the administration of the Contact Center platform (CISCO UCCE), infrastructure oversight, Customer Communication Management (CCM) management and development, and cooperation with suppliers. You will have the opportunity to develop sophisticated systems that form the backbone of our customer communication infrastructure.

💡 Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network technologies and software development.
💡 Basic experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
💡 Awareness of APIs and integration patterns (experience with Postman advantage).
Soft skills
What will give you an advantage?
🔹 Experience with CISCO UCCE administration.
🔹 Experience with the development or management of CCM platforms (e.g. Quadient, Doxee, OpenText, etc.).
🔹 Awareness of the application development cycle.
🔹 Experience with CI/CD processes (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
🔹 Knowledge of PowerApps.
