The main responsibility will be to cover the smooth operation of the store in the absence of the store manager,
within a single shift and ensure customer satisfaction.

The main activities of the Deputy Store Manager include:

• ensuring the operation of the store and the management of employees within the shift
• Store management in the absence of the store manager
• Planning of activities and organization of work in the store
• Keeping documentation related to the operation of the store
• Monitoring of daily activities and setting of necessary measures to ensure their implementation
• Ensuring the preparation, replenishment of goods for sale according to the specifications of the goods sold
• Displaying and checking the current price tags for individual products
• cash register, cash and cashless payments, work with valuables
• Serving customers in the store according to the company's standards and concluding sales transactions
• handling questions and possible complaints
• Expiration checks, storage and supervision of goods and store cleanliness
• Participation in inventories of goods
• In-store inventory tracking
• Communication with control bodies in cooperation with the company's headquarters
