Your work will have a direct impact on the digital experience of our B2B customers – the largest companies in the Czech Republic. We are looking for an application specialist to strengthen our internal team and participate in the operation and development of CRM solutions.

🛠️ What awaits you?

• Participation in the implementation and testing of internal projects developed on the SAP S/4HANA platform (Service, Sales and Customer Engagement modules) with integration into specialized solutions for the energy sector (pricing, retail energy management) or Low Code applications on the Power Platform.
• Cooperation with key business stakeholders in the preparation of assignments and analysis of business requirements.
• Proposal of new functionalities, customization of the system and close cooperation with developers, architects and other teams (integration, infrastructure...).
• Participation in the administration and management of the B2B CRM IT service, including development roadmap planning.

🧠 How do we imagine you?

• You have strong communication and analytical skills, think in context and are not afraid of complex challenges.
• You are familiar with the IT world, ideally you have experience in architecture design, development or analysis.
• You have experience in designing an application architecture.
• Knowledge of methods and tools for process modeling and analysis (UML, BPMN...)
• Overview of technologies – ideally also practical experience (REST API, web services, SQL, integration patterns...).
• Ability to navigate an environment with many systems and teams.
• Desire to learn new things, independence.
• Min. 4 years of experience in IT.
• University degree in a technical field.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Czech at native speaker level.

🎯 The additional advantage is:
