We are looking for an administratively skilled person to join our team, who knows how to organize his work, is not afraid of unexpected situations and is not stressed by English. In addition, if you are communicative, you like things to go according to plan (and if not, you know how to cope), you are our man! We are looking for a partner who does not get lost in spreadsheets or e-mails and wants to get things done.
What awaits you with us?
- You'll be in charge of administrative support across our program – from shipping and invoicing to customs and claims handling.
- You will prepare circulation sheets, packing lists and other documentation, without which it is simply not possible.
- You will help us ensure comfort for our customers – whether in the form of visas or organization of their stay.
- Sometimes it will be necessary to involve language skills – translation, interpreting... But don't worry, no simultaneous transmission. 🙂
- Sometimes you look at the numbers – you prepare calculations, offers, place orders and keep an eye on invoicing.
- You'll track how contracts are being fulfilled, update delivery reports, and help with reports.
- And of course, you will be in contact with colleagues across the company and with our customers or suppliers.
Who are we looking for? You, if...
✔️ You have at least 2 years of experience in administration/in a similar position.
✔️ You can work effectively in Excel and Word.
✔️ You speak Czech at the level of a native speaker and you use English actively – it's part of the job.
✔️ You know how to organize your work, you are not afraid of stress and you are a team mate.
✔️ You are communicative, proactive and not afraid to come up with your own ideas.
