How will the selection process take place?

- Subsequently, you will be briefly interviewed online by an AI chatbot so that we can know more about you.
- If everything goes well, we will send you cognitive tests to complete to verify your verbal and numerical skills, which will be useful for most positions in the Trainee program.
- The last step will be one day spent at our headquarters. You will meet other Trainees and complete a series of individual and group tasks that will give you a taste of what your job will be.
Requirements
What you can't do without:
- You're studying at university. The Trainee Program is designed for university students who want to build a career in addition to their studies and devote at least 20 hours a week to it.
- You have analytical and logical thinking. You just enjoy working with data and numbers.
- If you have basic programming knowledge and experience with SQL, you get a small head start. If not, you will also attract our attention with the desire to acquire this know-how.
- Carefulness, responsibility and conscientiousness describe you.
- You speak English and are not afraid to actively use it when communicating across the bank and with colleagues from Vienna.
