What can we teach you?
- You will get the opportunity to work with a team of experienced lawyers and get to know how the legal department works in a financial institution.
- Participate in the preparation and review of contractual documentation.
- Prepare documents and simple opinions within individual cases.

- A one-year programme where you will work alongside our experts in one of our teams. If the job titles don't mean anything to you at the moment, don't worry. You can get into everything.
- Practice in different parts of the bank. During the Trainee program, you will have the opportunity to look at other departments within the bank. This will give you an overview and help you decide what you really enjoy and where you want to take your career.
- Tailor-made education. Throughout the year, workshops and training sessions will be held on design thinking, digital skills, macroeconomic forecasting with our Chief Economist Helena Horská and many others.
- Flexible collaboration. You will receive a full-time employment contract with an agreed scope (20-28 hours/week). The program starts on 1.9.2025.

How will the selection process take place?

- Subsequently, you will be briefly interviewed online by an AI chatbot so that we can know more about you.
- If everything goes well, we will send you cognitive tests to complete to verify your verbal and numerical skills, which will be useful for most positions in the Trainee program.
- The last step will be one day spent at our headquarters. You will meet other Trainees and complete a series of individual and group tasks that will give you a taste of what your job will be.
Requirements
What can't you do without?
- You are a student of the Faculty of Law (3rd to 5th year of master's studies) – The Trainee program is designed for those who want to build a career in addition to their studies and devote at least 20 hours a week to it.
- You have a basic overview of civil, commercial and labour law and want to apply this knowledge in practice.
- You have good writing, you work independently and you want to learn new things.
- Analytical thinking, diligence and responsibility are your strengths – you'll need them when reviewing legal documents.
- You can communicate in English or German – the legal agenda sometimes crosses borders.
