In the Large Corporates team, you will:
- Participate in the team's business activities, develop your business skills.
- Process data analysis of the acquisition model of the deal.
- Design and execute simpler business transactions.
- Collect documents for individual business transactions and be responsible for their completeness and informative power.
- Keep records of approval and contractual documentation.

How will the selection process take place?

- If everything goes well, we will send you cognitive tests to complete to verify your verbal and numerical skills, which will be useful for most positions in the Trainee program.
- The last step will be one day spent at our headquarters. You will meet other Trainees and complete a series of individual and group tasks that will give you a taste of what your job will be.
Requirements
What does it take to become one of our Trainees?
- Ongoing university studies that you can combine with a minimum workload of 0.5 (20 hours/week) to 0.8 (32 hours/week).
- Communication and negotiation in Czech is a piece of cake for you and you can also handle English.
- Thoroughness, responsibility and conscientiousness describe you.
- Analytical and logical thinking – you really enjoy working with data and numbers.
- Financial analysis is not just a term from school, but something you would like to use in practice.
- On your computer, you can easily use tools from the MS Office suite, and Excel in particular is not your enemy.
- You know the principles of how companies work and are familiar with basic concepts and data.
How will the selection process for the Trainee program take place?

- We will then have a short chat with you online with the help of artificial intelligence and find out a little more information about you.
- If everything goes well, we will send you cognitive tests to complete to check your verbal and numerical skills, which you need 100% in the Trainee program.
- The last step will be to spend one day at our headquarters, where you would meet other Trainees, a series of individual and group tasks await you, you would try out several practical tasks that would be part of your work in the Trainee program and you could also get to know potential managers.
- After each stage of the selection process, we will give you feedback, and after a day spent at our headquarters, one of our assessors will sit down with you and give you individual feedback, including recommendations for your further development.
