What can't you do without?
- You will learn the recruitment process from A to Z and gradually take responsibility for the positions entrusted to you and the employee education agenda.
- Coordination and ensuring recruitment in assigned departments.
- Communicating the results of the selection process to candidates and ensuring onboarding of recruited candidates.
- Proactive gathering of feedback from employees in adaptation.
- Arrangement of exit interviews.
- Implementation of the employer's HR strategy in selected areas of the bank.
- Providing employment law advice to employees and managers.
- Providing development activities for internal clients – needs analysis and solution design.

- Practice in different parts of the bank. During the Trainee program, you will have the opportunity to look at other departments within the bank. This will give you an overview and help you decide what you really enjoy and where you want to take your career.

How will the selection process take place?
- Log in by clicking reply. Send us your CV and cover letter – why you are applying for the Trainee program, what attracted you to it and what you expect from it.
- Subsequently, you will be briefly interviewed online by an AI chatbot so that we can know more about you.
- If everything goes well, we will send you cognitive tests to complete to verify your verbal and numerical skills, which will be useful for most positions in the Trainee program.
- The last step will be one day spent at our headquarters. You will meet other Trainees and complete a series of individual and group tasks that will give you a taste of what your job will be.
Requirements
What can't you do without?
- You are studying at a university – The Trainee program is designed for those who want to build a career in addition to their studies and devote at least 20 hours a week to it.
- You are interested in HR – previous experience in HR/P&C, for example in a part-time job or rotation, is an advantage. Experience in recruitment, education, administration or analysis also counts.
- You have a basic overview of the Labour Code – for example, from the subject Labour Law.
- MS Office 365 is your friend and you won't be afraid of a pivot table in Excel.
- You will keep secrets – you will work with sensitive data that needs to be consistently protected.
- You can deal with tense situations and keep a calm head – especially during unexpected tasks or business requirements.
