You can enjoy it in Aero Vodochody. In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for candidates for the position of Aircraft Shell Assembly Technologist (m/f). Join us!
What awaits you with us?
- designing the technology for the production of aircraft subassemblies and shells in cooperation with an NC programmer
- Standardization of production operations
- updating and revising technological procedures and responsibility for their correctness;
- Creation and management of technological BOMs (delimitation)
- Creation of technological documents such as process instructions and qualification documentation
- Creating and modifying technology models
- designing and ordering the necessary tools and jigs
- Close cooperation with production and other departments of technology, design, purchasing, planning and quality
- Participation in the evaluation of the impact of required design changes on production
- Cooperation on the design and implementation of investment-related projects related to production
- Participation in the discovery of the causes of non-conformities and in the implementation of corrective measures
- Participation in the continuous improvement of production processes
How do you know that we are looking for you?
- you have a secondary school/university degree in a technical field
- you have knowledge of English at the level of understanding technical texts, communication with customers, creating documentation in English;
- you know how to work in 3D CAD systems, knowledge of CATIA is an advantage;
- You are familiar with technical design documentation, related regulations and customer standards
- You have logical and technical thinking, you are willing to learn new things
- You're meticulous and reliable
- if you know PFMEA, Gap analysis, experience working in ERP/PLM systems such as SAP, Enovia, Teamcenter and so on, it's an advantage
