What awaits you?

• You will manage the entire process of creating business offers – from the analysis of customer requirements to the presentation of the final offer.
• Cooperation with sales directors, technicians and lawyers to ensure that the final offer is not only competitive, but also feasible.
• You prepare offers that not only attract the customer, but also convince us – and help us win new contracts.
• You ensure compliance with customer requirements , internal rules and legislation.
• You participate in negotiations and presentations.
• You evaluate the results and help improve the entire offer process step by step.
• You will work with data and prepare clear reports.
• Together with the Business Development team, you provide management and development of CRM activities.

Who are we looking for? – You, if...

✔ You have at least 5 years of experience as a Bid Manager or in a business role with complex offers.

✔ You can manage projects, communicate clearly and convincingly, and you are not afraid of complex cases.

✔ You are familiar with the world of business, trends and customer strategies – you think not only about what we offer, but also how and why.

✔ You know how to organize everything perfectly and pay attention to details.

✔ You have a great knowledge of Czech and English (another language like French, Spanish, Portuguese or German is a plus!).

✔ You know MS Office – especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
