🎯 Become our flagship store manager not only in the Czech Republic, but in the entire CEE region. We are looking for an experienced leader for our team at the Westfield Chodov branch in Prague 4!

Are you not skilled in optics? We don't mind. We have our own onboarding process and we will be happy to introduce you to everything – each newcomer spends 120 hours with their mentor. However, we need proven experience in leading a team of at least 10 people in a retail environment – this is a prerequisite!

What awaits you?

👓 Leading a team in a key store, where we take care of our customers with a smile and a professional approach
👓 Active sales and customer care – you will help them find the right glasses, contact lenses and other accessories
👓 Shift planning and organization of work in the store – we work in shifts of 8-10 hours, alternating morning and afternoon shifts, usually 2 working weekends a month for the manager
👓 Supervision of the administration associated with the operation of the store
👓 Motivating and supporting the team to achieve great results together
👓 Cooperation with regional management and participation in the development of stores within CEE

✅ You have a high school diploma 🧑🎓 and experience in leading a team of at least 10 people in retail (a necessary condition)
✅ You are fluent in English – you will communicate across the region
