We are looking for a colleague to join the Facility team to ensure the smooth operation of our office buildings in Prague and Central Bohemia.
We are looking for a reliable person with a technical overview, the ability to organize, plan and communicate with suppliers and internal teams.
🔧 What you will do:
- Ensure the operability of technical equipment (heating, cooling, electrical, elevators, etc.)
- Organize inspections, maintenance and service interventions according to legislation.
- Communicate with suppliers of maintenance, cleaning, security and other services.
- Control contract compliance, billing, and SLAs.
- Monitor energy consumption and propose cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate smaller investment and reconstruction projects.
- Prepare documents and reports for management.
✅ What we expect
- Min. secondary education in a technical or economic field.
- Experience in building management or facility management (at least 3 years).
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Driving licence sk. B and willingness to travel within the Czech Republic.
- Independence, responsibility and good communication skills.
- Advantage: knowledge of CAFM systems or energy report.
