We are looking for a technically proficient IT analyst to join the innogy IT team who wants to participate in the development and operation of modern cloud applications.

You will work on internal systems that support key processes in the field of energy trading – from requirements analysis to solution design and implementation.

We use technologies such as Java (Spring Boot), React, PostgreSQL, Docker and AWS.

🧩 What awaits you:

• Analysis and design of new functionalities and improvements of existing applications
• Cooperation with business teams on translating requirements into technical solutions
• Development and testing of the backend (Spring Boot) and frontend (React / TypeScript)
• Run applications in an AWS cloud environment (Fargate)
• Incident resolution, optimization, and user support
• Cooperation with IT teams (infrastructure, integration, etc.)

💡 What you should know:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience with the development of modern Java applications (Spring Boot)
• Knowledge of relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL)
• Overview of DevOps practices, CI/CD (GitLab), Docker, the advantage of AWS
• Orientation in frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Advantage: basic orientation in energy market processes
• Czech language at the level of a native speaker, English for everyday communication
