We are looking for a colleague to join our Data & Business Intelligence team who will help business departments with the automation of their processes – primarily through artificial intelligence tools in combination with Power Automate/Apps and other analytical tools, or python scripting.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong analytical skills, an interest in technological innovation, and a desire to advance business productivity through automation. The new team member will also be one of the AI ambassadors within innogy and will participate in the development of our AI community through peer training, workshops, and the definition of AI governance.

🧩 What you will do with us:

• Help business departments identify opportunities for the use of AI and automation.
• Based on business analysis, select suitable AI or automation tools for process optimization.
• Build solutions using tools like MS 365 Copilot, MS Copilot Studio, MS Azure AI Foundry, MS Power Automate/Power Apps, and more.
• Train colleagues within the AI community (e.g. MS Copilot / ChatGPT for personal productivity).
• Collaborate on the definition of AI governance and the development of AI culture in innogy.
• Coordinate the implementation of AI solutions with external vendors.
• Follow technological trends in the field of AI and automation and bring inspiration not only to the team, but to the entire innogy AI community.

🧠 What should your profile be:

• Experience with business analysis and design of digital solutions.
• Knowledge and experience with AI tools (e.g. MS Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) at the level of creating your own AI assistants/agents.
• Experience with process automation through RPA, scripting or low/no-code tools (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps, Blue Prism, etc.).
• Active interest in the field of AI, automation and technological innovation.
• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Independence, proactive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation.

🎯 What is your advantage:

• Certifications in Power Platform, RPA, or AI.
