RESERVED IS LOOKING FOR ITS LEADER in the Moravia region

Our popular brand RESERVED needs a colleague to take stores in Moravia under their wings.

This position combines a passion for retail, fashion with the management and development of colleagues in stores.

You will also benefit from your skills and experience in organizing work in the store and you will certainly apply your ideas to improve the image and sales results in the region.

THE JOB OF A RESERVED REGIONAL MANAGER INVOLVES:

■ Building a stable, competent and motivated sales team in Reserved stores

■ Taking care of stores within the assigned region: consultancy, help with work organization, supervision of standards

■ Coordination of the process for opening new stores, seasonal changes, new projects

■ Monitoring a high level of customer service and VM standards

■ Assessing and striving to improve sales results within the assigned region

■ Promoting collaboration between stores and other LPP departments

■ Communication and regular reporting to the regional sales director

A REGIONAL MANAGER SHOULD HAVE:

■ Proven experience in a similar position

■ Experience with opening new stores will be a great advantage

■ flexibility and willingness to travel within the entrusted region

■ You will use the ability to communicate in English with your supervisor and colleagues from other countries

■ Experience in leading teams of managers and their motivation

■ Proactive approach and experience in introducing new projects

■ Ability to organize one's own work well and effectively

■ driver's license
