Your job description:
Building and strengthening the satisfaction of our employees
Setting up HR processes
Creating a recruitment strategy
Maintaining a high-quality recruitment process
Support and development of the management team in the field of human resources
Communication during presentations, trainings and networking events
Building relationships with vocational schools and finding promising talents
