We would like to welcome a colleague to the role of project manager to our IT application team, which focuses on CRM, digital customer experience (web & mobile), contact center technology and system integration. Management of small and large complex projects to deliver new solutions for our internal customers. From project preparation, planning, analysis, technical solution design, development management and testing on the part of internal and external teams to handover to operation.
An integral part of our daily work will be communication with IT and business stakeholders, suppliers and other partners. Of course, there is the leadership and motivation of a project team consisting of architects, analysts, developers and testers.
Project cost management. From the creation of the initial budget (TCO), through cooperation with business departments on the creation of a business case and obtaining financing, to continuous monitoring of budgets.
Participation in the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies and tools for project and development management.
If you can contribute technical or analytical skills in specific project phases in addition to your skills and experience as a project manager, we see it as a positive and it is a great added value for us.
Practical experience in managing IT projects is essential. In addition, we welcome technical knowledge or real experience, e.g. with projects in the field of CRM system implementation, web or mobile development in an organizationally and systemically complex environment. Background from the roles of, for example, architect, business consultant or business analyst is a great advantage. A big plus is the experience in the utilities/energy sector.
Practical and effective use of project approaches, standards and practices (e.g. Prince2, PMI) will give you a certain degree of confidence in your chosen project setup. We also welcome knowledge and experience with the use of agile techniques in the organization of application development.
You have great communication and presentation skills – you can clearly explain even complex topics and communicate effectively across teams and with stakeholders. You excel in analytical thinking, are well versed in priorities and understand the motivations and different perspectives of stakeholders.
We will also appreciate your orientation in purchasing and financial processes within the project environment – whether it is the organization of tenders, negotiations with suppliers or knowledge of TCO principles and overall financial literacy.
Knowledge and practical ability to use supporting tools (e.g. MS Azure DevOps, MS Project, MS Teams, JIRA, ...) can help with effective project management.
Language skills: Czech at the level of a native speaker, ability to communicate fluently in English.
