What will be your job?

πŸ”Ή Newcomer training – focus on sales and communication skills

πŸ”Ή Support of specialists in practice – individual feedback on real situations at a branch or call centre

πŸ”Ή Manager development – support in coaching, feedback and team leadership

πŸ”Ή Creation of training materials for workshops and trainings

πŸ”Ή Travelling throughout the Czech Republic – support for teams at various branches

πŸ”Ή Working with an internal CRM system

What do we expect from you?

βœ… Experience in customer service and sales

βœ… Willingness to learn a new thing– teaching experience is an advantage, but not a condition

βœ… Ability to receive feedback and a high level of self-reflection

βœ… Flexibility and willingness to travel – although the "base" is located in Ostrava, it is not a condition to have a residence in the vicinity (our coaches come from different parts of the Czech Republic)

What do we offer?

✨ Fixed and variable part of the salary, which evaluates the work you have done

✨ Benefit portal worth CZK 30,000 for the whole year (Multisport card, travel, savings...)

✨ Meal allowance of CZK 123 for each day worked

✨ 25 days of vacation and an additional 3-5 days of personal leave

✨ Home office about once a week (for admin part of the coaches' work)

✨ Company laptop and phone, company car available for business trips

✨ The support of an experienced team and room for growth

✨ For the moment, work for a fixed period of time for about 3 years (increase in team capacity due to an internal project)

πŸ‘₯ Team of internal coaches – a group of 6 experienced colleagues who specialize in the development of specialists and customer service managers

πŸ‘©πŸ’Ό Team leader Lucka – provides team support, coordinates activities and helps coaches in their professional growth

🀝 Sharing know-how – we cooperate, inspire each other and look for new ways to effectively develop our colleagues

πŸ† Open and friendly environment – we rely on teamwork, mutual support and opportunities for further education

How will the selection process take place?

πŸ“ž Telephone interview with the recruiter – verification of basic information and experience

πŸ“ Assessment Centre in Ostrava – Practical Tasks and Model Situations

πŸ‘₯ Meeting with the coaching team – getting to know each other and discussing expectations

βœ… Final agreement – fine-tuning the conditions and arranging the start
