What you will need to manage at the reception:
- welcoming all visitors and ensuring their comfort and refreshments
- Cooperation with the main reception of the building
- Responsibility for the smooth running of the office
- Provision of courier services, handling mail and phone calls
- arranging business trips – taxis, air tickets, accommodation, etc.
- Regular inspection and ordering of refreshments/office supplies
- Ensuring a representative appearance of meeting rooms, other areas
- supervision of cleaning and compliance with rules for the kitchen, coffee point, meeting rooms and terrace and supervision of regular maintenance of greenery in the office
What will need to be done in administration:
- compilation of Weeklies (coordination of contributions, compilation, formatting, proofreading, sending), according to individual requirements to arrange translation into HU and English
- Provision of translations for the needs of headquarters employees and colleagues in the corporation
- Records of thefts, quantification of damages for the Police of the Czech Republic and communication with the Police of the Czech Republic
- Support of internal teams and agendas (office management, HR, event management, etc.)
- entering contracts into the system, checking and reconciling invoices related to reception and subsequent registration of invoices in SAP
- Key role in organizing store manager meetings, Christmas party and other corporate events
- Personal assistant to the commercial director
What knowledge and skills you should have:

- you know how to organize your work without anyone watching you and assigning it to you
- You are a team partner in the office and outside
- Thanks to common sense, you can quickly cope at any moment and know how to set priorities
- You can easily deal with stressful situations
- you have user knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook you do not avoid in a roundabout way
- active knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level – written and oral
- knowledge of Czech at the level of a native speaker, a feeling for text and grammar
