Job description:

Coordination of the daily operation of the office
organization of meetings - coordination of meeting rooms, IT equipment, ordering refreshments
handling received and sent mail, processing correspondence and documentation, support in the preparation of presentations
management and operation of data mailboxes of innogy Energo and its subsidiaries
arranging domestic and foreign business trips, their subsequent billing (air tickets, accommodation, deposits)
Keeping and Administration of the Managing Director's Logbook
daily work with MS Office (Excel, Word) and internal systems (especially SAP)
support in the process of approving holidays, business trips, attendance, keeping an overview of holidays of direct subordinate executives
Communication with authorities, the Commercial Register and other institutions
minutes of regular management meetings
independent solution of assigned operational tasks

University education
knowledge of administration, correspondence, writing minutes of meetings, etc.
knowledge of English (level B2) both spoken and written
knowledge of MS Office – especially PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote, Teams, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Experience in a similar position
driving licence (group B)
