Development and Education Specialist
We are looking for a colleague to join the innogy HR team who will help us (especially our managers) with the selection and education of employees.
Recruitment
- Standard job of a recruiter - we communicate with hiring managers and candidates, conduct interviews, give feedback...
- Now we are working at ATS Teamio, but from March we are switching to SuccessFactors (it will be quite a challenge 😊)
- We advertise on job portals from Alma Career (formerly LMC), but we are also trying new portals. We don't work much with agencies, we rather use our internal headhunter Denča.
- We guide successful candidates until the day of arrival. We welcome newcomers, sign employment documents with them (we do not create them ourselves, but our skilled colleagues, personnel admins) and pass on basic information about the company
- We recruit a wide range of positions - IT, customer service, controlling, sales positions ...
Education
- We also listen to our managers and advise them on the development and education of their teams
- We actively communicate with suppliers of training activities, provide and plan various trainings
- We also place emphasis on collecting and interpreting feedback in order to continuously improve our educational activities
- We also use various types of psychodiagnostics for the development and selection of employees (most often Hogan, LJI, Cut-e...)
Our team
- There are five of us in the recruitment team – Lenka, Bára, Lucka, Dominika and the boss Verča (and maybe you, the sixth/sixth?😊)
- We are spread out in Ostrava and Prague, but we try to meet as much as possible (at least once a week at a joint online meeting)
- We work very closely with the development team (our agendas overlap). It is led by Anička and consists of 5 other colleagues.
- There are about 35 members in the entire innogy HR team, which is led by super boss Lenka.
- Who we must not forget is Adam – Employer Brand Manager – our extended hand. It creates various campaigns, supports recruitment not only on social networks, etc.

Requirements
New colleague
- has experience with recruitment – have an awareness of how the recruitment process works (at least one year of recruitment experience )
- They are not afraid of challenges (one month a recruiter may have "only" 5 positions, but the next month there may be 15)
- likes innovation (we try to involve AI, use of chatbot in prescreens. ChatGPT for creating ads is already standard)
- monitors trends (not only) in the field of HR
- It has a sense of organization and responsibility – the organization of working hours is entirely up to us (and the hiring manager's requirements). It is important that the work is done. Our boss is based in Ostrava, so responsibility and trust come first.
- And he also has a sense of humor and wants to be part of the dream team (and that's not a cliché 😊)
