Recruitment
You will be in charge of recruitment for customer service and other key positions in our company – from specialists to managers to experts
The entire recruitment process will be under your direction – communication with hiring managers, creation of advertisements, selection procedures, communication with candidates, onboarding
We work with SuccessFactors and ATS Teamio tools , a chatbot for pre-selection of candidates, and for more complex positions we use the help of our internal headhunter Denisa
We advertise mainly on AlmaCareer portals
We focus on competencies and behavioral issues to find the best candidates to fit into our teams
approx. 85% of the workload
Education
You will help managers develop their teams – you will find out what they need and secure suitable suppliers for the training event
approx. 5% of the workload
Employer branding
Together with our EB manager Adam , you will participate in how the candidates see us
You will also be in charge of employee onboarding, which is not just an administrative matter for us, but an opportunity to show new colleagues why we are the best choice for them

Requirements
Recruitment experience : Whether from part-time jobs, previous jobs or study projects. We expect you to have at least basic experience in recruiting and selecting candidates
Organisational skills and responsibility: You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, so we expect you to be able to organise your work well and act independently
Interest in innovation: we are engaging AI, actively working with chatGPT and looking for other new tools that can make our work easier
Proactive approach and teamwork: you are not afraid to come up with new ideas, you are not afraid to ask for advice or provide help if needed
