π You will collaborate on the creation and sustainability plan of product strategies for the after-sales services of our L-39 Skyfox and L-159 aircraft.
π€Your task will be to negotiate the implementation agreement of the new ERP module and prepare it for "Go live", including defining the integration procedure.
π You will define digital customer support tools, including strategy for the new customer portal, spare parts management management, customer profiles and their flights, including interaction with the Purchasing, Warehouse and Sales departments.
π€ You will participate in the definition of new digital services and their sales concept, analytical tools, customer reporting services, integration with the customer portal and third-party tools.
π You will follow trends in the field of after-sales services for civil and military aircraft and take care of their implementation in our strategies.
π¬ You will communicate with customers, technical staff and pilots to define services with an emphasis on key product requirements (CTQs).
π You coordinate the transfer of product strategy to the marketing department's plan and prepare documents for the Product Steering Committee. At the same time, you will present individual projects to the company's management.
π Expect occasional business trips in the Czech Republic and abroad.
β You have experience in after-sales services, digital portals and products, warehouse integration and logistics (experience in the field of providing services to airline operators is an advantage).
β You have a professional education and at least 5 years of experience in product management or after-sales services.
β You have an analytical mindset and can translate customer requirements into concrete solutions.
β You are communicative and know how to collaborate across teams and promote product strategy.
β You can speak Czech without any problems & your English is good enough to handle international meetings and documents.
