The team assistant at GrandVision CZ will be an important part of our headquarters. We are looking for a positive and proactive person who will handle various tasks with a smile and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the company.
This is not a normal administrative role. This is a strategic position for which we have high demands – we expect independence, responsibility and the ability to manage a dynamic environment. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to be an active part of our team.
What will need to be managed:
- cooperation with the main reception of the building
- Responsibility for the smooth running of the office
- provision of courier services, handling mail and phone calls
- Arrangement of business trips – taxi, air tickets, accommodation, etc.
- Regular checking and ordering of refreshments/office supplies
- Providing translations for the needs of headquarters employees and colleagues in the corporation
- Records of thefts, quantification of damages for the Police of the Czech Republic and communication with the Police of the Czech Republic
- support for internal teams and agendas (office management, HR, event management, etc.)
- entering contracts into the system, checking and approving invoices related to the operation of the office and subsequent registration of invoices in the SAP system
- A key role in organizing store manager meetings, Christmas parties, and other corporate events

Requirements
- A natural sense of trust, communication and a desire to constantly improve
- a smile on your face and the ability to combine individual tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and independence
- Team spirit – you are a partner in and out of the office
- common sense and the ability to set priorities
- resistance to stress and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- user knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- active knowledge of English at a minimum level of B2 – in written and oral form
- Knowledge of Czech at the level of a native speaker, a sense of text and grammar
